Refund & Transfer Policy
Change of mind
Tickets are non-refundable if you are unable to attend due to a change of circumstances, including illness, work commitments, or travel. As this is a charity fundraising event, all proceeds raised support Parkerville’s work.
Transfers (Name Changes)
Ticket transfers are permitted. Tickets may be transferred to another attendee at no cost. Transfers can be completed via Humanitix or by contacting the event organiser. Transfers must be finalised no later than 72 hours prior to the event. Please note that where tickets are transferred after catering deadlines, dietary requirements for the new attendee may not be able to be accommodated.
Event Cancellation
If the event is cancelled by the organiser, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. Refunds will be processed via Humanitix to the original purchaser.
Event postponement or rescheduling
If the event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within 14 days of being notified.
Material changes
If there is a material change to the event, such as a significant change to the date, venue, or program, ticket holders may request a refund within a reasonable timeframe as advised by the organiser.
Refund processing
Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original purchaser using the original payment method. Humanitix booking or processing fees may be non-refundable, subject to Humanitix terms and conditions.
