Silent Auction Terms and Conditions
Important: By completing, signing and submitting the ballet bidding form (this form), you are making an offer to purchase the item(s) for which you place a bid on the terms set out, or referred to, in this form. Your offer may be accepted by Helping Hand Group Pty Ltd, on behalf of the event organiser, by charging your credit card with the amount(s) you have offered to pay for the item(s) and otherwise without further notice to you. You authorise Helping Hand Group to charge your credit card with the amount(s) you have offered to pay for the item(s) you have selected. If your offer is accepted, you agree to comply with all the terms set out, or referred to, in this form, including our Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions. If your offer is accepted, all purchases are final, and no refunds will be given except as required by applicable law.
- The items designated as ‘only one available’ will be sold to the highest bidder only.
- The items designated as ‘multiples available’ will be sold in order from the highest bidder down (until the limited quantities are sold).
Subject to availability – you have 2 months to activate and secure your dates, with a 12-month validity to use your voucher. Note, flights are not included.
Live Auction Terms and Conditions
Important: By participating in the live auction and placing a bid (by raising your hand or otherwise clearly indicating a bid as directed by the auctioneer), you are making a legally binding offer to purchase the item for which you bid, on the terms set out below.
If you are the successful bidder, your offer will be accepted by Helping Hand Group Pty Ltd, on behalf of the event organiser, at the fall of the hammer or other clear declaration by the auctioneer. You authorise Helping Hand Group Pty Ltd to charge your nominated credit card (or otherwise collect payment) for the full amount of your successful bid without further notice to you.
By bidding, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions, as well as the event organiser’s Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. All successful bids are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided except as required by applicable law.
Bidding Process:
Bidding will be conducted live by an auctioneer.
Bids are made by raising your hand or by another clear method as instructed by the auctioneer.
The auctioneer has absolute discretion to accept or reject any bid, determine bidding increments, resolve disputes, and determine the successful bidder.
In the event of a dispute, the auctioneer’s decision is final.
